Philippe Naddef became a winemaker and has a passion for the vine and wine during the past five years at Domaine de Voguë , Chambolle-Musigny. In 1983 he associated himself with 2.5 acres of Gevrey-Chambertin from the family estate was originally created by his grandfather. Since the area has grown on soils of Fixin and Marsannay and product names 12 of 6 hectares. The vineyard of six hectares (0.70 acres of chardonnay, 5 hectares of pinot noir 30) consists of 33 plots. The vines are pruned or single Guyot Spurred cordon depending on the age and productivity of the stocks.
He practices pest management, no herbicides or chemical fertilizers are used, and all the vines are plowed several times a year. To optimize the maturity of grapes, vines and green leaves removed manually harvest is performed if the returns seem too important. The harvest is entirely manual and if necessary a sort is made in the vineyard.
